We are pleased to accept exchanges on any unworn/undamaged/unwashed items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. You may exchange merchandise within 5 days after receiving your order and we will allow one (1) exchange per order. Once your return package is received, it will be processed within two (2) business days, five (5) days for holidays. An email confirmation will be sent once completed. Please note when returning an item the shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We DO NOT issue refunds. EXCHANGES ONLY.
No exchanges on sale items. Only exception is for items purchased on Pre-Order but items must still meet exchange terms.
IMPORTANT: Butterflyarmor.com reserves the right to decline an exchange if the terms described above have not been met. Additionally, exchanges are performed based on availability. We DO NOT set aside specific sizes until the exchanged item is received by our receiving department. In the event the replacement item is no longer available, accommodations of equal or greater value can be made on a case by case basis.
How to ship your item(s) back to us:
1) Securely repackage the merchandise you are returning to us either in its original packaging or in packaging that is comparable to its original packaging.
2) Send email to Exchanges@ButterflyArmor.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Product you are requesting in exchange
- Reason for exchange
- Tracking number (optional)
Note: To ensure we receive your package, we recommend you obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for item(s) we never receive.
3) The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the return/exchange merchandise. Butterflyarmor.com will only reimburse shipping fees related to orders in which the merchandise arrived to the customer defected or the incorrect item was received.
4) Once we receive the item(s) you've returned, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure it meets the criteria specified in the terms stated above.
